365 Day Project | Day 12 | Ocala Photographer
I had an idea for today’s shoot, but it didn’t pan out as my model refused to cooperate with my direction. Little did he know that I would find a way to incorporate him into an alternate shoot. This fun shirt from The Gap made his former misgivings fade away. (Or else he had a nap. I’m going to go with the shirt idea because I think this guy has an eye for fashion…when he’s not busy being Near-Nakedy Mcnakedson!)
He knows our last name is Eggers and being a “Good Egg” is thrown out quite a lot in our family. I told him that Daddy would be so proud to have a picture of him modeling this much used compliment. This is what I get. He’s sort of cooperating and sort of cocky and sort of anxious to get back to his sandbox playing. Alex in every way. And he’s definitely scrumptious, if I do say so myself.
The weather was near perfect with its overcast sky. It makes for the greatest light (even when the sun’s a little high in the sky). His eyes are crisp and clear and have those glistening natural catchlights. I’m pretty pleased with the outcome of this impromptu alternate shoot.
I would be glad to capture the true personalties of your “Good Eggs!”
