Forest High School Prom – 2016 – Ocala Senior Photographer
These two! Right? Don’t they look great? It’s Prom season! And how awesome that their parents chose to professionally document this momentous teenage occasion? 😉
It’s been a LONG time since I’ve attended a Prom and not a lot has changed. Girls get dressed to the nines and cover EVERY detail and the guys, while dapper and put-together, take the more laid back approach. I photographed a group back in 2013 and had such a great time. I was really looking forward to seeing what was new in 2016!
This particular group met up at The Appleton Museum here in Ocala. Aside from being a lovely backdrop for photos, The Appleton offers great programs/ events and hosts many wonderful exhibits. It’s certainly a treasure in our town! Back to the Prom… All of the gals arrived fawning over each other’s dresses (very pretty!), hair and make-up. And the guys were…guys…standing around and looking quite handsome though excited for the night ahead. So fun! It’s nice to be among that fresh energy and feel their excitement. I’m sure that they had a great night! These two are juniors, so they’ll probably get the opportunity to attend next year’s event!
